To start online registration, please make sure that you have read the following instructions:-

Select correct passing out year/academic session (i.e 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023)
Enter correct name as per Matriculation certificate / Transcript (if received).
CNIC No.
Name of the degree program as per mentioned on Transcript (if received)
Current residential address
If a graduate wants to invite his/her guest to attend the convocation, his/her CNIC No. must be entered correctly. As per policy only one guest is allowed.
Upon submitting the registration form, the challan form will be made available for download/printing. Additionally, it can be retrieved via the email address provided during registration.

Graduates who fulfill the following criteria/conditions will be eligible for participation in the12th Convocation (2023):

Have graduated during the Academic Year 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 (between 01-09-2018 to 31-08-2023)
In case he/she has received Transcript, attested copy of the same must be attached/uploaded.
Deposit Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) as a registration fee (Non refundable).
Deposit Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) as a guest registration fee (Non refundable) in case you want to invite one guest. However, the participation of the guest(s) is subject to the space availability in the convention Centre.

Fees can be deposited in any branch of ABL all over the Pakistan.
Bring bank paid original challan form to collect the invitation card. Invitation card will not be given if the original challan form is not shown. Schedule and guidelines regarding gowns and invitation cards are available at https://www.iiu.edu.pk/?p=63819
Participation in the convocation by the students and their guest will be subject to the security clearance by the Security Agencies of Pakistan.
Those students who have not yet passed the prescribed Hifz test; are also eligible to participate in the convocation subject to fulfillment of rest of the requirements for the award of his/her degree program.
